Except in relation to certain Products, you are entitled to return the Product(s) you have purchased at any time before your order is delivered and up to 14 days afterwards, beginning on the day after your order (in its entirety) is delivered to you or, if you opt (where available) to collect it from one of the collection points offered by our courier and that collection point is managed by a third party other than the courier (for example, a local convenience store), the day after it is delivered to that third party.
In order to exercise your return rights, you must inform us at info@staywild.shop by means of an unambiguous notification (e.g. through letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to return the Product(s), including your name, address and order reference.
In order to receive a refund for the Product(s) you must return the Products and/or send the notification that you wish to return the Products within the 14 day period referred to above.You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of the following Product(s):• Product(s) that have been personalised such having your initials on your Product(s) or having Product(s) made to your own bespoke specifications (if we offer such options);unless such Product(s) were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.
You must return the Product(s) to us within 14 days after the day of notifying us that you wish to return the Product(s). The returned Product(s) must be in the same condition in which you receive them (which does not interfere with your right to take any reasonable steps to examine the Product(s) and make sure they conform to your order). You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration (due, for example, to your having used the Product(s)), up to the price of the Product(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled. We will refund all payments that we have received from you including the costs of delivery (except any additional costs that result from you having chosen a different method of delivery than the cheaper method offered by us). For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed with you otherwise; in no case will we charge you any fees due to such repayment.

As all limited edition prints are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All of our products undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure that all prints are of the highest standard. If you feel that a manufacturing error has been made, please contact us for assistance.

Purchased products, except art photographs, are exchangeable into a different size and color in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 9. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you have exchanged a product, Stay Wild will pay the shipping costs for the new product. Please note that sale products are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.

You can easily and conveniently handle the reconsignment of your purchased products as follows:
• Place the item(s) and with order number and customer name in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
• Close the box and tape it securely.
• Choose your return carrier and pre-pay your shipping.We recommend your national post service with a tracking number.

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Civil Act you are entitled to complain about defective products within one year. However, you must always notify Stay Wild within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Stay Wild consider the products to be defective, Stay Wild will make a full refund including shipping costs.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER for orders shipping OUTSIDE of Switzerland.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed. We ship items twice per week. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.

Our products are shipped directly from Switzerland, except our art photographes which are shipped directly from UK or Germany. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage. Your order will be delivered by Swiss Post (or third-party for International orders) to the shipping address you have indicated. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. All orders with Priority shipping are fully traceable with a tracking number that will provide updated information about your shipment.

Our eco boxes are made from at least 90% recycled material that is FSC® certified. No glue is used in the production process, meaning the whole box can be recycled. You can read more information about sustainability here.
At the moment we offer one shipping method with Swiss Post, or DHL for the art photographs. Your order will be delivered to a pickup point or the delivery address you specify when placing your order. If you opt for this collection service, your entire order will be delivered to your chosen collection point and will be available for collection by you from the date specified in the Order Confirmation. When collecting your order, you should take with you some form of identification (such as a credit card or driving license).
If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
First-time order policy
IMPORTANT: Phone number of the recipient must be provided in check-out for the delivery company to inform the customer of delivery updates. Remember to add country code for International orders.
